When you purchase products from us
There are three ways you can pay for your goods:
1) Credit Card
a very secure & fast way to pay for goods over the internet goods
are normally shipped the same day or the next working day not including
Saturday or Sunday
2) Personal cheque
Please note when paying with cheque you will have to wait for the cheque
to clear before the goods are dispatched this normally takes three
working days not including weekends.
3) postal orders
Goods will be dispatched on recipe of the postal order(s).

We Have a 100% Customer Satisfaction Guarantee! You can return any
merchandise for any reason involving damage in shipping, because you
didn't like it, malfunction with the product, or anything that was
our fault.
You must however contact us first to let us know within 48hrs of the
problem and you must also pay for the shipping back to us unless your
order was damaged in shipment or it was an error on our behalf. Our
100% Money Back Guarantee on everything is good for 30 days.
If you are not satisfied return the item (s) for a full refund except
original shipping costs.
All items must be in new condition with original packaging and accessories.
Please note that we cannot exchange items unless they are defective
or damaged.
Items returned that are not in sellable condition, or are missing parts,
will be charged a re-stocking fee of 20%.
Returning Merchandise:
If you are not completely satisfied with a product for any reason simply
email us with the reason why you are not happy with the item(s).
Once we are aware of the matter we will arrange a collection date & time
with parcel force & yourself.
Payment for collection will be taken from the original amount paid
to us. (unless damaged in transit)
We will then give you a authorized returns number & tracking code.

Discounts on postage & bulk buying discounts
We offer a discount when you bulk buy on most of our products if you
wish to purchase more than one item from the bulk buy range please
email us your order & we will contact you with the amount you will
have to pay & the discount you will receive.
If you are buying more than one item & not bulk buying you may
receive a discount on your delivery cost i.e Pet toys, treats, leads,
bowls etc.
